Applying safely

You can complete everything online without contacting your ex. On a sole application we handle service, so you never deliver anything yourself. Tell us the safe email and safe phone to use and we will only ever use those.

Keeping your address confidential

You can ask to keep your address off the application. We still need it for our records, and it is not disclosed on court documents except as the Court requires.

Your information

How we handle personal information is covered by our privacy policy. Identity documents are used for verification and handled securely.

Address suggestions and data credits

Built-in suburb and postcode suggestions use a locally served dataset and are searched on your device, without sending those searches to an external provider. You can enter your street address manually.

Australian locality and postcode data: GeoNames, Australian Postal Code dataset, downloaded 1 October 2026, under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0. Adapted by retaining locality, state and postcode, removing duplicate entries and ordering Victorian results first. Source data is supplied without a warranty of accuracy, timeliness or completeness.

We do not send your name, contact details or matter details to Google. If your matter is in safety mode, you are not tracked at all.
