The Court needs a few documents to grant a divorce in Australia. Here's what they are, why each matters, and what to do if you don't have one.

- Lost marriage certificateReplacement marriage certificate from the registry - charged at the registry's fee, no mark-up. We will tell you the amount before we order it. We order it from BDM Victoria or interstate (or prepare an affidavit if it can't be obtained).
